At Dutch Nail Cosmetics, we begin with comprehensive training in the NN Treatment, an essential technique that will form the foundation for all your future work. During our classes, you'll not only learn all the techniques but also be placed in an environment full of like-minded people who, like you, share a passion for the nail industry.
What is a NN Treatment (Natural Nail Treatment)?
An NN Treatment (Natural Nail Treatment) is, as the name suggests, a treatment for natural nails, and it's the ultimate treatment that creates strong, natural-looking, and perfectly finished nails. An NN Treatment (Natural Nail Treatment) combines a sleek cuticle finish with the perfect application of NN Gel/Builder | Extend Gel.
Who is this course intended for?
This course is designed for men and women who have no prior nail styling experience . You'll learn how to perform an electric manicure, apply a precise application of NN Gel and Builder | Extend Gel, and gain the theoretical knowledge you need to confidently get started.

Monday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- The training will take place on: Emmy van Leersumhof 4, Rotterdam;
- The training is given in Dutch;
- Previous education: not required;
- Including a catered lunch – Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements when registering;
- After completing the training you will receive a certificate.
Day 1
Theory about:
- Hygiene;
- Learning to handle products responsibly;
- Anatomy of the nails;
- Product knowledge;
- Electric manicure.
In practice we will carry out:
- Pretreatment of the natural nail;
- Electric manicure;
- Gel polish on the natural nail.
Day 2
Theory about:
- Nail disorders;
- Products and materials;
- File technique.
In practice we will carry out:
- Pretreatment of the natural nail;
- Electric manicure to perfection;
- Application of the NN Gel;
- How to draw a French manicure.
Day 3
- Theory exam
In practice we will carry out:
- Post-treatment with application of Builder | Extend Gel (Full colour);
- Placing a small extension using Dual Forms;
- Laminating;
- Basic photography for salon presentation and social media;
- Advice to win customers;
Yes, for this training you will need models:
- Day 1: You'll be working on your own hand. Make sure your nails are free of product;
- Day 2: You'll be working on a model you've brought with you. Make sure she has good cuticles and a clean nail plate.
- Day 3: Bring a model you've practiced on. During this lesson, we'll perform the final touch-up.

1. When you register online, you pay a deposit of €100.00 excluding VAT . The remaining amount of €500.00 excluding VAT is due on the first day of class.
