Ordering and Payment
We do our best to add products to your order, but this isn't always possible. Please contact us immediately at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com after placing your order. We'll let you know if this is still possible and what steps you need to take. If your order is already being processed, unfortunately, we can't add any more products.
Would you like to change anything, such as your shipping address or email address? Please contact us as soon as possible at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com . Please note: if your order is already ready to ship, we can no longer make any changes.
Incorrect email address? You won't receive a track & trace code.
Wrong shipping address? The package will be returned. We will charge you shipping costs for a new shipment.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it. Please contact us directly at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com , and we'll be happy to help.
You will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track the status of your package.
First, check your spam folder. If the confirmation isn't there, you may have entered an incorrect email address. In that case, please contact us at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com and we'll check it for you.
At Dutch Nail Cosmetics you can pay with:
- iDEAL
- Klarna (pay later)
- Credit card (VISA, American Express and Mastercard)
- SOFORT Banking
- Belfius Direct Net
- Bancontact
Check that you've filled in all the required fields, such as your house number and email address. Don't forget to read and check the terms and conditions. If everything is correct and the payment still hasn't gone through, please contact us at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com . We're happy to help!
Delivery
We ship to your home address or a nearby collection point with PostNL or DHL. You can also choose "Pick up in store."
Do you choose to pick up?
You will receive a confirmation email and can collect your order during opening hours at our wholesale location at Emmy van Leersumhof 4 in Rotterdam.
Shipping costs vary by country. Orders over €120.00 excluding VAT are shipped free of charge (except Sweden and Romania).
Shipping costs per country:
- Netherlands: €6.95 (free for orders over €120.00 excl. VAT)
- Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg: €12.00 (free from €120.00 excl. VAT)
- Portugal: €14.00 (free from €120.00 excl. VAT)
- Sweden: €16.00 (free from €150.00 excl. VAT)
- Romania: €21.00 (free from €150.00 excl. VAT)
The average shipping time to the sorting center of the selected carrier is within 1-3 business days. The remaining delivery time to the selected address is at the carrier's discretion.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (except for special promotions).

This could be for several reasons:
The package has not yet been collected by PostNL/DHL
This sometimes happens if our courier has already visited before we can hand over the order. In that case, it will be shipped the next business day.
The carrier has not yet scanned the package
Sometimes it can take overnight for your package to receive its first scan at the sorting center. The expected delivery date may therefore change. As soon as the scan is complete, you will receive the correct track & trace information.
First, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received an email, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Contact us at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com and we'll send you the correct track & trace code.
Unfortunately, it can happen that a package gets lost or is reported as delivered even though you haven't received anything. This is very frustrating, but we're happy to help!
Send us an email within 5 business days at info@dutchnailcosmetics.com and follow these steps:
- First, check with your neighbors to see if they might have accepted your package. This is a standard question in a missing persons investigation.
- If the package still hasn't been found, we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. For this, we need a signed non-recipient declaration from you. This formally declares that you haven't received the package. Once we receive this form, we'll initiate the investigation with the carrier. This can take up to 12 business days. We'll keep you updated.
- If the package is reported missing, we will send a new one. We do not refund money in the event of a missing item investigation.
We're sorry to hear your package arrived damaged! We'd be happy to resolve this for you. Please email us within 5 business days at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com and include clear photos of the damaged box and the product.
Once we receive your message, we will look for a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Yes, that's possible! Our wholesale store is located at Emmy van Leersumhof 4 in Rotterdam. You're welcome to visit us during our opening hours, which you can find on our website.
Shopping on Saturdays is by appointment only. Would you like to make an appointment? Call us at 010-3072425 to schedule a time. If you can't reach us right away, we'll call you back as soon as possible.
When you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Attached to this email is your invoice in PDF format.
Can't find the email? No problem! Send us a message at bestel@dutchnailcosmetics.com and we'll resend your invoice.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dutchnailcosmetics.com. We'll be happy to see if we can find a solution. Please note that our courses are often full, so rescheduling them isn't always possible.
