Ajla Murić is a driven entrepreneur and a valued partner of Dutch Nail Cosmetics. With her salon, M Beauty Boutique, located in Slovenia, she has built an impressive business that now employs six cosmetologists and serves over 500 clients monthly. Besides running her salon, Ajla focuses on training and mentoring, and is actively involved in the distribution of Dutch Nail Cosmetics in Slovenia. Her ambition doesn't stop there: she is working hard to expand into Hungary and Croatia. In this interview, Ajla talks about her entrepreneurial journey, her collaboration with Dutch Nail Cosmetics, and her future plans.

I always knew I wanted to start my own business

Entrepreneurship runs in Ajla Murić's blood. From a young age, she knew she wanted to build her own business. After studying Business Law, she combined her business knowledge with her passion for cosmetics. In 2015, she took her first steps in the nail industry and took numerous courses to refine her skills.

My dream came true in 2021

In 2021, Ajla took the plunge and opened her own salon. What started as a dream quickly grew into a successful business with a team of six cosmetologists and a client base of over 500 people per month. In 2023, she decided to focus entirely on management, training, and the sale of professional products.

Sometimes the best opportunities come unexpectedly. Ajla discovered Dutch Nail Cosmetics through Instagram and was immediately impressed. A meeting in Rotterdam soon followed, and they clicked instantly. "If you see an opportunity, you have to seize it without hesitation," she says. Since then, the collaboration has only grown.

Working with the right people is essential

For Ajla, quality and trust are key in any collaboration. Dutch Nail Cosmetics' products perfectly match her vision: high-quality materials that simplify salon work and deliver beautiful results. But beyond the products, it was the strong business relationship that convinced her. "When I enter into a long-term partnership, a strong bond of trust is crucial to me," she says.

We exceeded our business goals in the first year

Thanks to the support of Dutch Nail Cosmetics, Ajla was able to grow her business faster than expected. "They supported me in every way possible, they believed in me, and gave me the confidence I needed." Her business even performed better than planned. "In our first year, we exceeded our business goals, and we couldn't have done it without their help."

But Ajla's ambitions reach further. A major step is planned for 2025: expansion into Hungary and Croatia. "It'll be a challenge, but I'm really looking forward to it," says Ajla enthusiastically. She's determined to further expand her business internationally.
